The New Testament demonstrates with clarity a proper model for ministry funding. Instead of fees and dues, it illustrates donations and gifts. We are also committed to this model including putting those gifts to good use by pouring our lives out in ministry to the people of the global Church.
Jonie Dodgens Ministries’ money primarily goes to pay our teams of professionals for their time and expertise. We believe that the worker is worthy of fair compensation, and the people who do our ministry are highly qualified to do their work.
Our commitment to quality resources such as online training for individuals require us to spend money on a high quality website and digital media that can meet the needs of our ministry and those to who we minister.
Other funds are used to offer teaching, training and coaching to individuals in churches which are under-resourced due to location, demographics or size. Our international mission trips are led by volunteers rather than paid teams. That means that donations to this fund help support Jonie Dodgens Ministries staff travel expenses and provide for projects in communities abroad in which we serve.
